Supercard DSTWO works with 3DS 2.1.0-4E?

It has been rumoured that Supercard DSTWO works well with 3DS 2.1.0-4E firmware. The firmware 2.1.0-4 E does nothing extra but blocking flashcarts. The frequent firmware updates for DSi and 3DS for the past few months have caught many off guard. The firmware 2.1.0.4 is the best example. The 3DS official announcement says:

Supercard DSONEi: Upgrade&Support frimware 1.4.2&1.43c

Upgrade fireware to support NDSi ver1.42/ver1.41,iDSI V1.43c and 3DS ver1.1.0-1.

How to use:
Upgrade with the DSONEi Firmware Writer （Recommended）

OR

Run the upgrade program file(e.g: dsonei_update_eng.nds) with a NDS console and a flashcart with can run homebrew, then pull out the flashcart and inject DSONEi and follow the guide to finish upgrading.

Supercard DSONEi Mini is not yet compatible with 1.4.2 firmware

Although the Supercard DSTWO has been updated with the latest firmware 1.4.2 fix for quite some time, the Supercard DSONEi Mini is surprisingly lagging behind in releasing the firmware 1.4.2 update. R4 3DS certainly got the top prize as it was among the first three to support the 1.4.2 firmware.
