R4ids.cn release WOOD R4 V1.39 for R4i Gold 3DS

WOOD R4 V1.39 has been released. The core is switched to devkitarm r36.  Besides, it fixes the compatibility for some interesting games.

www.r4ids.cn has release new software V1.38 for R4i Gold 3DS card and R4i GOLD card (for Both R4i Gold 3DS and R4i gold Non-3DS cards).
