DSi R4i Gold SDHC need help

I got the R4i gold and i downloaded all the software and put it in the micro sd card but the screen turns blank when i try to play the R4i any ideas?

hi ive loaded the firmware but once i click on the star wars box i just get a black screen
help my dsi cant read my r4i gold but when i lick the back of the r4i gold it works again only for 10 mins
mine does that too!
first get an application called winrar, then go to the website of your r4i gold, click on downloads download the English kernel once u do that open the winrar zip and drag all the files to your micro SD card,make sure you get a 4GB- 32 GB micro SD card have. any questions PM me
ok its not fake.ok u just bought the australian one u can go to the website but i forgot wat it was but they made a video about it
how do you know if your R4i gold is fake? i have one and it doesnt work and its gold with black dots..the ones ive see that usually work is black with gold dots….
how can u buy a dsi with 1.3 firmware??

It won’t work beacause you,ve got version 1.4u on your dsi. You have to have 1.3u or lower to make it work!
I have the same kind of thing. The card shows up as star wars and then when I tap it, it says loading with a black screen but it doesnt.

yeah a fake my got sticker on it back. if not get a new r4i sdhc red box v1.4 mate
that’s a fake one. the real ones have a round colorful sticker on the back. when you peel it’ll show you the serial number of the r4 you own. use the serial on the manufacturers website to confirm that it’s real.
