M3i Zero Update Process for the DSi 1.4 Update

The M3i Zero can be updated with a USB cord. The update with this USB cord reprograms the kernel, which is the method by which the M3i Zero can thwart the anti-piracy measures found in the 1.4 update of the Nintendo DSi. Hey i bought this bought i only have a regular DS lite, dose it work with a DS light?
If you are using the M3i Zero with a DS Lite, do you need to update it with the USB cord?
@ashma05 i dont think so it can only play vids from like flipnote hatena then ya you can play little flips u can watch from there if you dont have flipnote hatena tell me ill show ya

Can’t I get the update from Nintendo away, simply by formatting, so all Nintendo DSi settings get lost?
should i update with both system and f.core.dat folders?

@MRISO49 Yes. The update doesn’t affect compatibility with older DSis.
So, it upgrades using electricity? Seriously, what the fuck?
w8… it updates just with eletric power? What kind of update is that?
I’m sorry I needed to keep it at 1.3 so that I could do my other flash carts, but rest assured the end product of the ideo will work with a 1.4 DSi

M3i zero works on my old DS (DS fat) but it won’t work on my new nintendo DSi. when i put it in the DSi it says: An error has occurred. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off. Please see the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for help troubleshooting. So how do I fix this?

i found this video to be kinda lame and didnt help. you tried that m3i on a 1.3 system not 1.4. my ds is already 1.4 will it work on it or not?

umm.. hii metoolazy i wanted ask a question to you… well i was wondering if the m3i zero will work on a DSi v1.4A and on a DSi v1.3A …. because i have two(2) DSi’s ive got a v1.3A and a v1.4A will a m3i zero work on both of them ??
