How to set up the Acekard 2i flashcard for UK/PAL/European Nintendo DSi (Part 1/2)

How to set up the Acekard 2i in 7 easy steps: (You must have WinRAR or WinZip installed on your computer to complete this process. You can download WinRAR for free in you do not have it.) STEP 1: Buy the Acekard 2i and a microSD memory card from any website, I would recommend either www.dealextreme.com (cheap but slow delivery) or www.all4consoles.co.uk (more to pay but UK website and fast delivery) STEP 2: Download the latest software for the Acekard 2i, the lastest version right now is v4.16 which can be downloaded from here: www.acekard.com Once downloaded, extract the files somewhere you can easily find them. You should have 3 files extracted-you do not need the ‘release note’ file so just ignore it, we need the ‘_ak2′ folder and the ‘akmenu4.nds’ file. STEP 3: Insert your microSD card into a USB reader and place into a USB port on your PC/laptop. Format the microSD card to FAT32, choose ‘Quick Format’ and then Start. Once format is complete, open the root folder of the microSD card, which is the first folder which opens when you double click the ‘Removable disk’ icon. STEP 4: Copy and paste the ‘_ak2′ folder and the ‘akmenu4.nds’ file extarcted earlier to the root folder of the microSD card. STEP 5: Create a folder to put you games/ROMS into. Right click your mouse in the root folder of your microSD card and choose ‘New’ and then ‘Folder’. Call the folder ‘Games’. STEP 6: Download some Nintendo DS games/ROMS from a website. Google ‘nds roms’ and choose the first …

download dsi fire browse its a homebrew but then u need to install a emulator into ds with r4 or any flash card the emulator is called dsi/dsl hqm firmware after you have installed it then all u need to is go into your dsi fire browse app and download anything from your dsi but if ur gonna download a rom from there its gunnna take the pisss and i mean it lolll by the way the hqm firmware is only compatible with r4 and ezflash but works good it can download 250 kb programs quick

the DS can’t download anything, nor does it have the memory or the speed to perform anything like that.
the internet browser really sucks, and there is little use for it.
ok i’m wondering if since the nintendo dsi has the web browser can you go on googl and find a download link for a rom can you download it straight from the dsi

hi mega umm u probably updated your dsi to 1.4 and if u did u need a updating program to put on your acekard2i and then u will have a dsi folder for updating and a ds lite folder for updating it still wont read though and now waht you have to do is get a ds lite and borrow from a friend and it will be read and choose the ds lite file and downloadign will begin after if finishes u can put it back in your dsi and then the game danny phantom will show up to disguise it self then it willl

Theres a video on here that will show you how to fix that problem. It tricks the dsi into thinkin its a danny phantom game. Jus look up like acekard 2i 1.4 firmware or somethin like that
